| 摘要 | An engineer can be an entrepreneur. The engineer has all the technical knowledge to build and design. The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Innovation. A total of 88 successful entrepreneurs from Malaysia participated in this study. The GENOS Emotional Intelligence questionnaire and Spiritual Intelligence (Integrated Spiritual Intelligence Scale) was used in the study. It was found that Spiritual Intelligence influences 99.8% of the variations in Innovations of the entrepreneurs. © 2013 IEEE. |
