Abstract | In recent years, although cultural tourism has gradually become a popular trend in the tourism industry, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic significantly hit the industry This study applied qualitative research methods in the cultural tourism context, both business SWOT analysis and stakeholders interview were involved in the research process developed by Ryan et al. (2009). Challenges faced by cultural tourism stakeholders will be identified, and corresponding solutions and suggestions will be provided as well. |
