| Abstract | 我国央行资产规模和结构的变化，体现了货币政策的效能提升、自主性增强和市场化进程。与美联储资产负债表相比较，我国央行基础资产的标准化程度有待提高，货币政策和财政政策融合空间较大，同时，我国的货币政策是理性克制的。未来，在央行资产负债表层面，提升内生货币发行比重，增加体现货币政策中观属性的科目设置，适度扩容政府债券的持有品类和规模，值得期待和探索。 |
