| Abstract | 文章以国内“双一流”建设高校中位于西北地区部分省（区）的四所“985工程”院校开通的官方微信公众号为研究对象，基于梯次框架模型，采用内容分析法从价值框架、议题框架、修辞框架、效果框架四个方面对推文进行分析，考察四所高校官方微信公众号在突发公共卫生事件中进行舆论引导的现状与框架使用方面的异同。研究发现，四所高校在舆论引导效果上的差异较小，但是在框架应用上明显有着各自的倾向与优势。建议从倡导新闻发言人发声，构建校园互动对话机制；加强新闻议程设置，提升公众号传播效能；提高舆论引导能力，营造良好的舆论环境等方面进一步推进高校新媒体平台的建设和管理工作，充分发挥其在网络舆论引导中的重要效能。 |
