| Abstract | 面对如今社会上更多突发性公共事件的发生,尽管政府与媒体在舆论引导方面发挥着十分重要的作用,然而在强大的公众舆论面前却逐渐显示出薄弱和不足,在突发性公共事件发生后怎样更有效地解答疑问、引导舆论,成为亟待研究和解决的问题。笔者将以"7.23动车事故"为例来探讨公众舆论的形成,着重分析该事件形成舆论的意见交流场,并略谈媒体在突发事件中如何引导舆论朝健康方向发展。 |
