Abstract

扶贫必扶智,扶智必扶教育,扶教育必依教师。乡村教师的教育扶贫角色价值体现为其对贫困地区教育贫困信息的精准拥有和教育贫困处境的切身体验。推动"扶教师之贫"与"依靠教师扶贫"的价值共生、构建以教师为主体的教育贫困信息多元化收集与应用机制、建立家校联系经费投入制度和教师家访的补贴奖励机制,是发挥乡村教师教育扶贫价值的有效路径。
