引入移动式的视频监控方法,将摄像头搭载在可以移动的小车上,对监测区域实现轮询式监控。通过对移动摄像头的路径进行规划,设计一种基于混沌路径的摄像头移动路径规划算法并实现移动式视频监控的原型系统。研究结果表明:与传统固定式监控方式相比,系统算法增加了随机性,提高了监控安全性,而与随机性移动方法相比,则提高了监控效率,是对传统固定式视频监控方式的有力补充。

A mobile video surveillance method that cameras are mounted on mobile vehicles to patrol the area was introduced. Through scheduling the movements of cameras, an algorithm based on chaotic paths of mobile cameras was designed and a prototype system of mobile video surveillance was implemented. The results show that the proposed method can increase the randomness and improve the security compared with traditional surveillance methods. Moreover, when compared with the method with random paths of cameras, the proposed method can improve the efficiency, which is a powerful supplement to traditional fixed surveillance methods.
