| Abstract | 员工治理观点是现代公司治理理论中的一个重要观点,它突破了股权治理理论中对权益资本所代表的企业所有权、控制权及决策权的分析,从企业劳动力资源层面阐释了企业员工的治理职能:企业员工拥有企业所有权、控制权及决策权。现代公司治理是企业劳动力资源与资本共同作用下的公司治理,企业员工治理与权益资本治理共存,是对传统意义上企业资本治理的补充和延展。 |
