珠三角作为中国最具活力的区域之一,在大桥時代,三地要同时提高各自的城市竞争力及发挥区域合作的协同效应（Synergy）,提供优质生活。当前港珠澳社会融合的障碍主要在社会福利、教育、医疗和工会服务等领域,共享机制不完善、制度壁垒未突破和社会政策有落差。区域政策（regional policy）是根据区域差异,促使资源在空间上优化配置,发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。社会指标研究,有助于解决港澳民生福利问题,增强港澳同胞的国家认同,同时提升广东社会管理服务水平。 |
