| Abstract | 科技论文是科技人员及其成员实现知识共享的一种主要方式。信息技术的普及和网络发表论文模式的出现,为科技人员提供了良好的知识共享平台。本文利用调查问卷的数据分析,研究了网络发表论文对我国科技人员知识共享模式的影响,分析了网络发表论文对科技人员知识共享动机、载体和情境因素的影响。通过对网络论文现状及问题的分析,从知识共享主体、客体及情境三个角度提出了相应的对策。 |
