Abstract

本文依据美国劳工部SCANS模型,对我国酒店业一线员工的工作胜任力展开研究,进而分析了员工的工作胜任力水平同员工的工作投入、职业倦怠以及组织承诺之间的关系,并提出了相关的建议。
