| Abstract | 中国新闻发言人,作为政府宣传系统的一部分,可能成为一个主要的信息提供者,改善了以 往政府不发布或者少发布某类公众信息(例如环境危机)的做法。本研究比较了中国网络媒体对于2007年 和2013年的两次水污染的报道,并基于议程设置和媒体框架理论调查了新闻发言人制度如何影响环境危 机报道。新闻报道样本取自中国两个热门新闻网站,新浪网和网易。研究采用了兼具量化和质化特性的 内容分析法。研究结果显示发言人制度的繁荣为受众提供了可供选择的新闻资源,并且有助于在环境危 机期间制定媒体和公众议程。更重要的是,由发言人制度推动的新闻发布会为大众和新闻发布者之间提 供了一个互动平台,让公众及时获取曾经蒙着面纱的自然灾害信息,由此提高公众的环境保护意识。 |
