Abstract	我国教师幸福感现状不容乐观,提升教师幸福感是在新时代背景下落实立德树人、提升教育质量的重要前提。采用整群抽样的方式对北京市990名小学教师进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型,分析社会情感能力和师生关系在变革型领导和教师幸福感间的中介效应。结果发现:变革型领导对教师幸福感具有显著正向预测作用;变革型领导通过社会情感能力、师生关系的链式中介作用影响教师幸福感。
