摘要 | How to speed service against customers' waiting and how to cost less in SCM are the two key problems for improvement of supermarket service. This paper proposes a determinant structure and four evaluation metrics of supermarket service, analyses on three existing service models focus on the element which hinders their developments, then propounds a new hybrid supermarket model concentrating on self-service and automated service, suggests a feasible solution using RFID and provides several parameters which may challenge performing hybrid model into reality. |
