题名Analysis and improvement in supermarket service model

摘要How to speed service against customers' waiting and how to cost less in SCM are the two key problems for improvement of supermarket service. This paper proposes a determinant structure and four evaluation metrics of supermarket service, analyses on three existing service models focus on the element which hinders their developments, then propounds a new hybrid supermarket model concentrating on self-service and automated service, suggests a feasible solution using RFID and provides several parameters which may challenge performing hybrid model into reality.
