Prof. WU Jianglun received his BSc and MSc from the Department of Mathematics of Northwest University, and PhD from Chinese Academy of Sciences.

His main area of interest is probability theory and stochastic analysis, focusing on the analysis of stochastic partial differential equations arising from mathematical and statistical physics. He is also interested in modelling and simulations of stochastic processes linked with data analytics in economics and finance, as well as in biology. 

Prof. WU is a member of the London Mathematical Society and a regular reviewer for Mathematical Reviews, the American Mathematical Society. He was a Professor at Department of Mathematics in Swansea University, UK. Currently, he is Chair Professor at Faculty of Science and Technology of Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC).
