Dr. QIN Yaohua received her Bachelor and Master degree from Central South University, and PhD from the Department of Finance and Decision Science at Hong Kong Baptist University. 

Her research interests are mainly in the field of market microstructure, financial market, corporate finance and financial analyst behavior.

Before joining Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC), she was a research assistant analyst of banking industry in a security company in China. Dr. QIN joined UIC in 2017 as Assistant Professor of Finance.
