| Abstract | 本发明公开一种以氨水为工质的平板式热管换热器及其制作工艺。所述热管换热器由厚度小于5毫米的铝或不锈钢矩形空心薄板冲压而成,形成一组底面由薄板相连,顶面呈锯齿状的矩形管组合。在真空条件下向各矩形管内注入一定比例一定浓度的氨水作为工作介质。利用氨水中氨气的解吸吸附和相变传热特性,形成高效的热管换热器。由于氨水受热易挥发的特点,该热管最小启动温度低,使得工作温度范围扩大。不锈钢和铝不会与氨水发生反应,具有良好的化学稳定性。同时不锈钢和铝具有良好的强度和耐腐蚀性,可广泛应用于车辆、船舶、航天、电子、建筑、太阳能及工业余热回收等领域。 |
