| Abstract | 情绪智力是近年来心理学领域的研究热点,并日渐拓展到教育研究领域,应用于教师研究。通过梳理相关文献研究发现,教师特质情绪智力能够显著预测职业倦怠、效能感、工作满意度和工作绩效等工作变量,并且还能够对学生问题行为、师生关系等结果变量产生影响。同时,目前也已有少量的教师特质情绪智力培训项目及相关效果研究。未来应该在已有研究基础上,厘清教师特质情绪智力概念、完善测量工具,深入探究其影响作用并将研究与实践结合,真正促进教师特质情绪智力发展。 |
